Ben Roethlisberger will see his first action of the preseason in Saturday night's game against the Giants, but head coach Mike Tomlin won't say if Roethlisberger will be the team's starter.

Facing a six-game suspension to start the season, the Steelers are expected to go with Byron Leftwich as the starter until Roethlisberger returns. It's possible Roethlisberger's suspension will be reduced to four games because he has adhered to the terms of NFL commissioner Roger Goodell's punishment.

"It's not finalized as of yet," Tomlin told reporters today at a news conference at the team's training camp in Latrobe, Pa. "Some of those decisions are made last-minute in the preseason. That's just how it goes."
