Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo will try anything to help the Cowboys break out of their early-season funk. That includes breaking out a smelly T-shirt he used to wear under his equipment. Romo started wearing the shirt on game days as a kid, and only stopped last season.

But with Dallas struggling at 1-4, he said he might break it out for Monday's game against the Giants at Cowboys Stadium. "I might have to bring that out," he said. "That’s a good call. It’s been a while."

The shirt - a football weightlifting shirt from his days at Burlington High in Wisconsin - is barely intact. "Slowly, it dissolved, decayed or whatever you want to call it," he said. "I think if you breathe on it too heavily, it will probably tear. But we'll see. I'll see if we can bring it out this week."

If he does wear it, Romo isn't sure how long it will last.

"I just don’t know that it would handle the wear and tear of a warm-up to a football game, much less a football game," he said.
