Rookie T.J. Yates threw a touchdown pass in his first NFL start and host Houston overcame another hamstring injury to Andre Johnson in a 17-10 victory over Atlanta Sunday.

The Texans (9-3) have won a franchise-record six straight games. Johnson left in the third quarter; he injured his right hamstring in Week 4 and sat out six games. Atlanta is 7-5.

Drew Brees passed for 342 yards and three TDs for host New Orleans (9-3). Brees' 4,031 yards makes him the first NFL quarterback to eclipse the 4,000-yard mark in the first 12 games of a season. Detroit is 7-5.

Ravens 24, Browns 10

Ray Rice rushed for a career-high 204 yards for visiting Baltimore (9-3). Cleveland is 4-8.

Patriots 31, Colts 24

Rob Gronkowski caught two TDs and scored on a lateral for host New England (9-3). Indianapolis is 0-12.

Dolphins 34, Raiders 14

Reggie Bush ran for 100 yards and a TD for host Miami (4-8). Oakland is 7-5.

Titans 23, Bills 17

Chris Johnson rushed for 153 yards and two TDs for visiting Tennessee (7-5). Buffalo is 5-7.

Chiefs 10, Bears 3

Visiting KC (5-7) scored on a wild 38-yard pass right before the half. Chicago (7-5) played mostly without Matt Forte, who injured his right knee.

49ers 26, Rams 0

Host San Francisco (10-2) clinched the NFC West title and Frank Gore rushed for 73 yards to become the 49ers' career rushing leader. St. Louis is 2-10.

Panthers 38, Bucs 19

Cam Newton ran for three TDs to give him 13 for the season, a new NFL single-season record for rushing TDs as visiting Carolina (4-8) routed Tampa Bay (4-8). -- AP
