The Washington Redskins have not had a winning season since 2007 and look to Mike Shanahan to turn the tide. Shanahan brings a ton of experience and two Super Bowl wins with Denver as he tries to mold the Redskins back into contenders. Having Donovan McNabb as your new quarterback is a good start. NFL teams this week resumed non-contact practices as part of the league's Organized Team Activity period.
Don't tell that to Redskins coach Mike Shanahan, who was leveled in a collision during practice and was knocked woozy. Shanahan decided not to address reporters after practice, although he is expected to be ok.
