Early tee times at Bridgestone Saturday
The usual late-afternoon tee times will be scrapped tomorrow at the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational. A bad forecast for the afternoon in Akron has prompted tournament officials to announce that everyone will tee off between 7 and 9 a.m.
Both the first and 10th tees will be used to start golfers, who will go out in threesomes, rather than the usual twosomes.
So by the time the telecast comes on in the afternoon, anyone who wants to know what happened can find out. Check in here.
