Kevin Stadler shoots one of day's best rounds

The chant of "Stads, Stads, Stads" were loud and clear as Kevin Stadler walked up onto the 18th green Saturday. The Baby Walrus was having the best round of the day and the galleries were celebrating it and his father.
Kevin is the son of Craig, golf's Walrus. Craig Stadler, the former Masters champion and current Champions Tour player, was renown for his walrus visage, the drooping mustache, the barrel-like torso. Sans mustache, it's clear in Kevin's case that the acorn didn't fall too far from the tree.
Saturday Stadler shot a 6-under par 65 and is at 7 under for the tournament, three shots back of leader Sergio Garcia. He appreciated the gallery's response.
"Yeah, it was cool," Stadler said. "Any time you play well in front of the crowds here, it's a fun day."
She scores with Tiger
Tiger Woods flashed a big smile on the first tee when he looked over at one of the small tents alongside. There stood Meg Parsons, who was outfitted with all the paraphernalia of the walking scorers. This was to be Parson's fifth round spanning more than a decade that she would be a walking scorer for Woods' group. When Woods spotted her, he made a beeline for her, extended his hand and said, "Are you walking with us? Niiiccceee!"
Christian is all smiles
Gary Christian made an ugly double bogey on the fifth hole after duffing a little chip shot, knocking the next one 12 feet past and two-putting. He could have walked off in a huff. Instead, he made a wry smile then handed his ball to a little boy, eliciting an even bigger smile.
