Phil: Tiger doesn't owe me an apology
Phil Mickelson was asked about Tiger Woods' comment at the start of his big news conference Monday, in which he apologized to all the other players for having had to answer so many questions about him during his leave from the tour.
No need, as far as Phil is concerned. The player who is seen as Tiger's greatest rival said just a litlte while ago that everyone on tour has benefited from the fact Woods has been playing pro golf for these past 13 years. Mickelson added that maybe no one has benefited more than one Phil Mickelson.
"He doesn't owe me anything," Mickelson said.
