After sinking his putt, Tom Watson looked at the ball as if he would keep it as a momento.  He then tossed it into the Pacific Ocean.

Watson parred No. 18 after his birdie putt lipped out to wrap up what is possibly his final U.S. Open.  The 60-year-old got a standing ovation and had tears in his eyes as he approached the green and nearly delivered a birdie.

With seven bogeys, Watson finished at five-over for the day and 11-over in the 31st U.S. Open of his career.
