Tiger takes a quick lead
Tiger Woods isn't used to being in the first group out on a Thursday, but at this rate, he will be in the last group on Sunday. His seeding had him out there early. The course conditions here at Ridgewood CC are pristine and he took full advantage right away. He birdied four of his first eight holes and made the turn at 4-under. He's tied for the lead Ryan Palmer.
It sure will make the rest of the day, and probably the tournament, here at The Barclays worth watching.
What are the chances of Palmer shooting 53? He has played four holes and has four birdies
