Albernas leads Syosset past Port Washington
Nick Albernas had 22 points, including his fourth three-pointer of the game with under two minutes left in the fourth quarter for Syosset, in a 50-47 win over Port Washington yesterday in a non-league boys basketball game.
Jake Canner and Jake Laine each added 11 points in the win.
Riverhead 75, Copiague 65: Markim Austin had 23 points, six assists and five rebounds to lead Riverhead in non-league.
Glenn 66, Sayville 52: Darryl Daniels (14 points) and Jeff Park (16) each scored seven points during a 26-10 fourth quarter for Glenn in non-league.
