Olivia Wellinger had all three goals, including the winning tally six minutes into overtime, in leading Smithtown West to a 3-2 win over crosstown rival Smithtown East in a Suffolk League III girls soccer match Saturday.
Talia Amarosano had two assists and Haley Cascone had five saves for Smithtown West (7-0-1), which trailed 1-0 at the half. Smithtown East is 4-4.
Patchogue-Medford 1, Longwood 0: Aly Culhane scored with 1:27 left in the first overtime on a header from 6 yards to give Patchogue-Medford (3-5) the win in League I.
