Isabella Corrao threw a no-hitter with 11 strikeouts and just one walk as Farmingdale topped Mepham, 5-0, in Nassau Conference AA-I softball Thursday.

Kerri Ossenfort went 3-for-4 with two RBIs and Kat Zabielski went 2-for-3 with three RBIs for the Dalers.

Babylon 13, Stony Brook 0: Christine Desiderio struck out 10 in five-inning no-hitter with one walk for Babylon in League VII. Nicole Marro and Brianna Goodfellow hit two-run home runs for Babylon.

Sayville 16, Glenn 0: Merissa Selts tossed a five-inning no hitter with four strikeouts, Kira Karl went 3-for-5 with two runs and Maddie Vetrano went 2-for-2 to lead Sayville (4-0) in League VI.

St. Anthony's 1, St. John the Baptist 0: Marilyn Freeman scored Coley Parkas with a hit in the bottom of the ninth to win it for St. Anthony's in CHSAA. Michelle Carbone struck out 10 in a one-hitter for the win.

Our Lady of Mercy 2, Holy Trinity 0: Samantha Sauer struck out 11 and walked one in a two-hitter for Our Lady of Mercy in CHSAA. Stephanie Pia went 2-for-4 with a two-run single in the top of the second to give OLM a 2-0 lead. Nicole Reda was 2-for-3 with a run scored, and Stephanie Viggiano went 2-for-4.


Miller Place 74, Rocky Point 67: Junior Adam DeVito won the high jump with a school-record mark of 6 feet, 7 inches for Miller Place in League VI. The old record was 6-5, coach Sean O'Brien told Newsday. Tim Stead took the 800 meters in 2:09.6, and anchored the winning 4 x 400 relay team (54.4 split).


Cold Spring Harbor 4, Horace Mann 3:Freshmen Conor Mullins and Jon Paris defeated Dillon Gupta and Jordan Berman in the deciding second doubles match, 4-6, 6-2, 6-3, to lift Cold Spring Harbor in a non-conference win over defending New York City private school champion Horace Mann.
