Senior
Carey started her cross-country season strong with a first-place finish at the Jim Smith Invitational and finished strong, finishing 10th at the Nike Cross Nationals championship race. In between she finished third at the NSCHSAA League championship, second at the CHSAA Intersectional, and eighth at the Federation championships.

KELSEY MARGEY
LI Runner of the Year
Harborfields
Junior
Margey began her season by winning the Bob Pratt Invitational and placing second at the Suffolk Officials Invitational. She ran to first-place finishes at the Suffolk Division championships and the Suffolk state qualifier. Margey's season continued on the state and national level as she took second at the NYSPHSAA Class A state championships, fourth at the Nike Cross Nationals New York Regional, and 20th at the Nike Cross Nationals championship.

BRIGID BRENNAN

Freshman
Brennan took second at the Suffolk State Class AA qualifier, third overall at the Suffolk Division championships, third at the St. Anthony’s Invitational, and fifth at the Suffolk Coaches Invitational.

COLLEEN SCHMIDT
Holy Trinity
Senior
Schmidt continued her excellent career with victories at the CHSAA Intersectional championship and the NSCHSAA League championships. She was seventh at the Federation championships — best among all Long Island runners.
