Caroline O'Hea finished fifth overall (19:33.90) and first for Ward Melville, which scored 68 points to win the girls cross country Suffolk Team Division Championship Tuesday on the 5k course at Sunken Meadow State Park. The win gives the Patriots (5-0) 10 consecutive Division championships, according to coach Tom Youngs. Sachem East (4-1) took second with 98 points and Northport (5-0) was third with 120.

BOYS SOCCER

Sachem East 3, Brentwood 2: Kyle Jenkins scored the go-ahead goal from 25 yards on a pass from Zach Galluzzo with 15 minutes left as Sachem East (12-0-1) clinched the League I title. Demetrios Tsiokas scored two goals for the Flaming Arrows.

GIRLS SOCCER

Long Island Lutheran 2, Portledge 1: Meghan Pinezich scored with 20 minutes left to give No. 2 Lutheran (9-5) a 2-0 lead over No. 3 Portledge in a PSAA semifinal. Olivia Piluso scored with 15 minutes left to cut the Panthers' deficit to a goal, but Marisa Granado (seven saves) shut out Portledge the rest of the way. Lutheran faces the winner of No. 1 Staten Island vs. No. 4 Waldorf at 4 p.m. Thursday at Met Oval in the final.

Harborfields 1, Islip 0: Natalie Roca scored off a corner kick by Holly Leone with 1:40 left to lead Harborfields (2-8-1) in League V.

Bayport-Blue Point 2, Shoreham-Wading River 1: Nicole Copping scored off Mackenzie Miller's pass in the box with 19 minutes left to lead BBP (11-2) in League VII.

Lawrence 2, Sewanhaka 1: Georgina Hudja scored twice, including the go-ahead goal with eight minutes left for Lawrence (4-3-3) in Nassau Conference A-IV.

FIELD HOCKEY

Garden City 2, Manhasset 1: Krista Dampman scored the tying goal with 14:45 remaining and deflected in the winning goal a little more than a minute later to lead Garden City (10-0) in Conference I.

GIRLS TENNIS

Bethpage 4, Wantagh 3: Chelsea Levy and Christine Ryan defeated Stephanie Zerner and Laura Mallon, 6-4, 6-2, in fourth doubles to lead Bethpage (11-1) over Wantagh (9-3) in the finals of the Nassau Conference IV championship.

Baldwin 4, East Meadow 3: Brittney Scannell and Brianna Melendez defeated Carmela Cavallo and Julianna Cavallo, 4-6, 6-3, 6-2, in second doubles to clinch the win for Baldwin (11-2) over East Meadow (10-4) in the semifinals of the Nassau Conference III Tournament. Baldwin plays Carle Place at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Garden City in the final.

Northport 4, Westhampton 3: Katie Brandow defeated Nisha Ghayalod, 6-3, 4-6, 7-6 (7-5), in fourth singles to clinch the win for No. 19 Northport (13-1) over No. 3 Westhampton (10-3) in the second round of the Suffolk Tournament. Northport plays at No. 11 Commack at 3 p.m. Wednesday.

Floyd 5, West Islip 2: Antonette Viglione and Kelci Henn defeated Kelly Kickel and Emi Lytell, 6-2, 6-3, in second doubles as No. 9 Floyd (12-4) beat No. 8 West Islip (12-3) in the second round of the Suffolk Tournament. Floyd plays at No. 1 Half Hollow Hills East at 3 p.m. Wednesday.

BOYS VOLLEYBALL

Great Neck North 3, Valley Stream South 0: Kevin Rahmanan had 12 kills and four blocks, Sammy Katz had 10 kills and 12 blocks and Brandon Marvisi nine kills and 10 blocks to lead Great Neck North (8-4) over previously undefeated Valley Stream South (11-1), 25-19, 25-23, 25-23 in Conference V.
