Gerard Cunningham scored on a 1-yard run with nine minutes left in the game to give MacArthur an eight-point lead, and the Generals survived a late Oceanside push for a 20-18 win Saturday in Nassau I football.

Justin Buckley's 24-yard TD run with 5:58 left cut Oceanside's deficit to just two points, but Oceanside (3-4) threw an incomplete pass on fourth-and-10 from the MacArthur 22 with two minutes remaining, forcing a turnover on downs and sealing the win for MacArthur (6-1).

Cunningham had 28 yards and three rushing touchdowns on eight carries and Joe Tangredi had 12 tackles.

Uniondale 26, Syosset 21: Davon Henry scored on a 5-yard run with seven seconds left to give Uniondale (3-4) the win. Henry rushed for 127 yards on 16 carries with two TDs and William Stanback had 15 carries for 172 yards with a TD.

Henry connected with Ken Woodard on a 37-yard TD pass in the fourth quarter to give Uniondale a 20-14 lead. Syosset is 1-6. Massapequa 49, Farmingdale 28: Matt Pagano went 10 of 11 for 195 yards with four TDs to lead Massapequa (5-2). Pagano also ran for a 12-yard touchdown.

Muller finished with five catches for 102 yards and two TDs. Rob Flood and Jack Korber also added touchdown receptions. Taylor Bocchiaro and Vassili Grigorakos had rushing scores.

Anthony Torano had seven tackles and one sack and John Dillon had 11 tackles. Farmingdale is 3-4. Baldwin 48, Port Washington 20: Pat Dillon was 4-for-6 for 102 yards and two TDs and added a 90-yard TD run to lead Baldwin (5-2). Derek Darnulc had a 55-yard TD reception, five tackles and a sack for Baldwin.

John Robinson had a 60-yard kickoff return TD and four tackles and Treyvon Mask had two punt returns for 145 yards, including an 84-yard TD return for Baldwin. George Abreu and Javaun Tomlinson added rushing TDs. Port Washington is 0-7.Hicksville 27, Plainview JFK 0: Mike McIlwee had four rushing touchdowns, despite only 27 yards on eight carries to lead Hicksville (5-2). He went 14 of 22 for 165 yards. Mike Hauff had two sacks, Pat Rooney and Justin Tocays each recovered fumbles and Cedric Myrthil had an interception. Plainview JFK is 1-6. Hempstead 33, Valley Stream Central 14: Malik Howard had 165 yards on 20 carries and two touchdowns to lead Hempstead (3-4). Tywan Watson had an 84-yard interception return for a touchdown. Darius Meadors made 12 tackles and Marvin Stewart added eight tackles and a sack. Valley Stream Central is 0-7.
