High School football top players of week

Julian Santiago, Newfield
He rushed for 201 yards on 18 carries and three touchdowns in a 29-14 upset win over West Babylon in the Suffolk II playoffs. He also had 11 tackles.
Tyler Rigo, East Islip
He rushed for 92 yards and three touchdowns on 19 carries in a 20-3 win over North Babylon in a Suffolk II semifinal. It is the third straight appearance in the final for the Redmen.
Rich Czeczotka, Glenn
The quarterback completed 9 of 16 passes for 183 yards and three touchdowns and rushed for a 55-yard score in a 42-7 win over Babylon in a Suffolk IV semifinal.
Da'Rell Hatcher, Amityville
He had 16 carries for 171 yards and two touchdowns in a 40-7 win over Mount Sinai in a Suffolk IV semifinal.
Erin Parker, Roosevelt
The 5-8, 165-pound dynamo had 324 yards rushing and all four touchdowns in the Rough Riders' 27-21 victory over Valley Stream North in a Nassau IV semifinal. Parker scored on runs of 5, 7, 58 and 5 yards, and added a 2-point conversion run.
He rushed for 112 yards and a touchdown and added a 43-yard interception return for a score in a 27-0 win over Carey in a Nassau II semifinal.
Steven Ferreira, Sayville
The senior quarterback broke the Long Island career record for touchdown passes with his 69th -- a 63-yard connection to Thomas Hannan -- in the Golden Flashes' 42-14 victory over Harborfields in a Suffolk III semifinal. Ferreira was 13-for-18 for 250 yards and four TDs -- on plays of 10, 73, 24 and 63.
James Manginelli, Newfield
The junior had eight tackles, including two for a loss, and a fumble recovery in a 29-14 win over West Babylon.
Ralph Caccavale, Plainedge
He rushed 18 times for 104 yards and a 94-yard kickoff return for a score in a 27-14 upset win over Bethpage in Nassau III semifinal.
