Week 3 featured upsets and surprises all over Long Island. In Suffolk, the most stunning result was Smithtown West’s 12-0 victory over North Babylon, in which defensive end Zach Naja scored both touchdowns for the Bulls. Another surprise was Newfield knocking off East Islip for the first time in 50 years, 23-7. So, of course, there is some juggling in my latest rankings.
