We're down to eight unbeatens in Nassau (two in each conference), and a maximum of seven will remain that way after the weekend as East Meadow and Oceanside meet in battle of 3-0 squads.
Week 4 is a swing week for many 2-1 teams. A 3-1 start will go the long way towards a playoff berth, while 2-2 puts you back with the rest of the pack. With that said, let's get to this week's games to watch in the 5-1-6.

(All games are at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday unless otherwise noted)...
Conference I:
East Meadow (3-0) at Oceanside (3-0), 4 p.m. — If there's any defense that might be able to at least slow the potent Sailors' offense down, it's East Meadow's. The Jets have posted two shutouts and have forced nine turnovers. Robbie Healy had two interceptions last week. Oceanside QB Tyler Heuer has thrown two picks this season, but also has nine passing touchdowns and another five rushing. Nick Sherry (pictured) has rushed for 217 yards and two scores on 26 carries.
Syosset (2-1) at Baldwin (2-1) — What is this Braves team? Is it the one that showed grit to beat Uniondale in overtime Week 1, or the one that struggled mightily against Oceanside Week 2? They'll try to live up to their preseason No. 2 ranking behind running back Joe Morris, while Baldwin features playmaker Chris Mertens.
Conference II:
Garden City (2-1) at Long Beach (2-1) — The Trojans are still one of the best teams in the conference and they should beat Long Beach this week. But it'll be interesting to see how Brian Fischer, Stephen Jahelka and company respond to having their 14-game winning streak broken by Carey last week. Damon Whitfield and the Mariners won't back down easily.
Conference III:
Sewanhaka (2-1) at Plainedge (2-1) — I'll be on hand to watch the Indians' three-headed rushing monster of Shareem Cobb (150 yards four TDs), Brian Wint (345 yards, three TDs) and fullback Keenan Woods (84 yards, two TDs) face off against Red Devils QB Nick Frenger, who is coming off a 7-for-9, 227-yard, four-touchdown performance against Carle Place/Wheatley.
Conference IV:
East Rockaway (2-1) at Clarke (2-1) — The Rocks hung in as best they could with Seaford last week, keeping the Vikings scoreless until the second quarter of what was a 21-0 loss. Mike Castellano leads them into Clarke, which has allowed just 16 points the last two weeks, both wins. Brandon Abbott has three sacks and an INT in those two games, and also two rushing touchdowns.
