Mafucci, Brancato help Hills East rally to beat Brentwood in girls volleyball

Alexis Mafucci got the final two kills as Half Hollow Hills East overcame a 22-20 deficit in the final game for a 3-2 non-league win over Brentwood in girls volleyball Thursday. Mafucci totaled 17 kills in the match, Vanessa Brancato had 41 assists and Stefanie Alpert added 14 kills as Hills East won, 25-23, 25-16, 13-25, 22-25, 25-23.

Floyd 3, Copiague 2: Ashley McCormack had seven kills and Justice Smith added 10 assists as Floyd overcame a 2-1 deficit for a 25-23, 20-25, 14-25, 25-17, 25-17 win in non-league. BOYS volleyball
