MOLLY ARCERI
Huntington, Sr.
Arceri became just the second person to win three straight Suffolk girls diving championships. Arceri finished with a score of 499.25, just four points shy of the county record of 503.75. She was also state runner-up in diving, finishing with an 11-dive total of 464.85. She will be diving for Towson University on scholarship next year.

MELISSA BISCHOFF
St. Anthony's, Soph.
Bischoff set a new CHSAA record in the 100 backstroke with a time of 58.01. She was also part of another record-setting performance, this time in the 200 medley relay, which finished in 1:48.54. At the state championships, she swam the lead leg in the 200 medley relay and St. Anthony’s finished fifth (1:49.21).

SWIMMER OF THE YEAR: OLIVIA CHAN
Sewanhaka, Jr.
Chan won state championships in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:02.76) and the 200 individual medley (2:03.57). Her time in the breaststroke broke her own Nassau record. Chan has amassed five state titles and three Nassau individual records during her high school career.

NICOLE HETZER
Connetquot, Jr.
Hetzer swam in the finals of four events at the state championships. She was second to Chan in the 200 IM (2:07.28) and took fifth in the breaststroke (1:06.42). She also helped a pair of relays take third places in season-best times. The 200 medley relay finished in 1:48.81 while the 200 freestyle relay went 1:38.45. At the Suffolk County Championships, Hetzer led both relays to first-place finishes and took second in both individual events.

LINDSAY SCHLICHTE
Garden City, Jr.
Schlichte tied for first in the 500-yard freestyle (4:52.07) to win her first state title. She also helped lead Garden City to a 7-0 regular-season record and its 13th straight Nassau County Championship. At counties, she finished second in the 100 freestyle (54.00) and the 200 freestyle (1:52.81).
