ALBANY — Top-seeded Adam Busiello of Eastport-South Manor became the first wrestler in state history to advance to his sixth state final and then became the first in Suffolk to win his fifth state title, pinning No. 2 Willie McDougald of Niagara Falls in the Division I 138-pound final in 3:28 on Saturday night at the Times Union Center.

Busiello pinned Lindehhurst's Ryan Meisner in 1:34 in the semifinals.
