The Nassau Championships are over--- Long Beach and coach Ray Adams are sending at least three wrestlers (four, if Mark Raghunandan grabs a wild card slot) to Albany. MacArthur and Wantagh will send two representatives apiece. 

After 13 hrs at Hofstra, yours truly is done for the evening, but keep checking back in the coming weeks for updates prior to states beginning Feb. 25. Come states, I will be in Albany, ready to give up-to-the-minute updates regarding Long Island's best.
