Islanders get Arbour another win

Al Arbour returned to the Islanders' bench for a one-game stint, to round off his total games coached with the Islanders at 1,500. It was the idea of then Islanders coach Ted Nolan. The Islanders defeated the Pittsburgh Penguins, 3-2, before 16,234 fans at Nassau Coliseum. Miroslav Satan scored twice in the third period as the Islanders completed a rally from a 2-0 deficit. Arbour was 740-537-223 coaching the Islanders.
