NHLPA executive committee approves Don Fehr as next director

 But it's still not done yet -- now, the full NHLPA membership votes, and that won't conclude until the end of training camp.

But Fehr is one step away from being installed as the new executive director, just in time to lead the PA into collective bargaining negotiations next summer.
