Avery, Staal scratched again; projected lineup
All-Star D Marc Staal, who missed Sunday's game with an undisclosed injury, did not skate in the optional, and will miss his second game. Sean Avery skated with coaches afterward and will be a scratch for the third straight and fourth in last five.
