Canadiens racing by Rangers, 3-1 after 1
After Brian Boyle jammed a puck under Carey Price in a scramble at 6:58, the roof fell in.
Three Canadiens scored on the next eight shots, in 2:44. Roman Hamrlik and Tomas Plekanec converted on the power play and Andrei Kostitsyn finished the run at 16:03. The speed is exposing the young defense, and the Rangers had one shot on goal in the last 8:28. And no shots on one, ugly power play.
