Dubinsky, Kennedy star in 7-6 shootout; 2nd scrim lineups, more...

                  With the score tied at 6 in the Blue-Green scrimmage on two late Tim Kennedy goals against Scott Stajcer, head coach John Tortorella called down to Ryan Callahan from the raised platform in one corner of the rink where the front office and coaches watch scrimmages. "Shootout".

                 And so it went after the orders from the spot our pal Andrew Gross dubs "the brassy knoll". Shows you the level of humor we're at after being here daily for the last few weeks.

                 Dubinsky, who had a hat trick in the scrimmage, scored a pretty under the crossbar shootout goal, as did Kennedy, and Jeremy Williams lifted in the winner after Roman Horak missed a five-hole attempt. Huge Blue team comeback after being down 5-1.

                Kennedy was between Prospal and Callahan, in Chris Drury's (broken finger) usual spot.

                 After the finish, I briefly joked with Tortorella that he must at least be happy with the point, and he agreed. "That's what Glen was just saying."
