For the NHL, hope and change?
After six hours of talking yesterday, the NHL and NHLPA will continue discussions today in an effort to end the lockout, which has been in place since Sept. 15: This from Deputy Commissioner Bill Daly last night.
"Collective bargaining negotiations between the National Hockey League and representatives of the National Hockey League's Players' Association recessed at 10:15 pm. With meetings scheduled to resume Wednesday, the League will not characterize the substance or detail of the discussions until their conclusion."
