Kris Newbury shipped to AHL

                    Had a funny feeling something was up when Kris Newbury, a regular at the game-day morning optional skates, wasn't around today. Turns out he was assigned to the CT Whale, but the team did not announce it when reporters were there, not an uncommon move. 

                   Translation: Ruslan Fedotenko, who reinjured his left shoulder on a check by the Caps John Erskine on Feb. 25 and missed two games after that, will return tonight vs the Wild. 

                    Projected lines:

                   Dubinsky-Anisimov-Callahan; Wolski-Stepan-Zuccarello;  Prospal-Christensen-Fedotenko; Avery-Boyle-Prust, although the centers could switch on 3 and 4 and Torts always juggles in-game. 

                  D-pairs?

                 Staal-Girardi; McCabe-Gilroy; McDonagh-Sauer. Eminger likely scratch.
