Greetings, fans....

It's Jaro Halak vs Martin Biron here at Scottrade.

Biron, the veteran who was signed in July,  has spelled Henrik Lundqvist  superbly in the first half, posting a 6-3 record and a 2.39 goals-against-average in 11 appearances. Biron, said coach John Tortorella, "played well enough to win the Florida game, (a 3-0 loss), we just didn’t give him any run support at all. He needs to be part of this;  we have five back to backs this month, 14 games, and in the long run, it’ll be good for our No. 1 goaltender."

Michal Rozsival (ribs) dressed for warmups, slid and fell to his knees alsmost as soon as he skated out and left early. Ryan McDonagh, who made his NHL debut yesterday, will be in again. Tortorella said he would start with the same lines and d-pairs as in the 2-1 shootout victory last night.
