If it ain't broke....

After the 3-2 win in Chicago, Alain Vigneault is sticking with the plan against Dallas.

Henrik Lundqvist in net, Dan Carcillo on fourth line, Michael Del Zotto on third D pair with John Moore and on the second PP unit.

So J.T. Miller and Justin Falk are healthy scratches and Cam Talbot backs up.Lundqvist.

Here's how AV responded when I asked about Del Zotto, who has an assist in each of the last three games.

"I think he's coming offensively, he been able to find those seam passes that generate some good opportunities.  I think defensively the last couple games he's tightened up, he had some issues there for quite a few games, that pair is usually playing against the other team's third or fourth line, they've got to be on the plus side of the chances."

Carcillo said he thought his line, with Dom Moore and Brian Boyle,  played well in his Rangers debut Chicago, and rated his game as okay, given that he hadn't  played in about a month..."You try to get as much as you can system-wise, otherwise just play. Some things are very similar."

He did note that "Dallas took it to us (LA) three times,." referring to two 5-2 losswes and a 3-2 defeat. "They have a lot of speed and their D jump up into the play."

The Stars have lost four straight, including a 1-0 defeat to Devils last night.

Tonight begins a four-game homestand, continuing against the Flyers on Sunday. .
