               Zenon Konopka's swat at a loose puck that trickled past a kneeling Martin Biron's left side cut a Rangers 2-0 lead to 1 with 49 seconds left in the first.  Otherwise, Rangers had terriorial edge. Cycle was really working, but shots continually went wide. Stats say nine. The period was just 3:24 old when Derek Boogaard and Zenon Konopka dropped teh gloves for a heavyweight bout that ended up with a tired Boogaard slipping down after landing far more blows.
