ESPN's "The U Part 2," the first sequel in the network's 30 for 30 documentary series, premieres Saturday night and features many former Miami football stars, including Antrel Rolle.

The Giants safety was asked on WFAN Tuesday what people can expect from the show.

"They interviewed a lot of guys, especially from the 2000 team all the way to maybe 2004, so those were the years that we were very dynamic," he said. "A lot of special things, a lot of great memories. Going to back-to-back championships, having two undefeated seasons, so forth and so on.

"There's a lot of great information and I guess there is a lot of clarity around the fact that I know I may be a little bit wacko. Coming from 'The U, Part 2,' there were a lot of things we did there that are maybe not sane in a lot of people's eyes. But it made us better, that's the way we competed. Brutal truth.

"That's how we made each other better, that's how we were able to be accountable to one another. I'm excited to watch it. I'm going to have to tape it because I'll be in a hotel. But I'll watch it the next day."
