APSE invites Newsday scribe to opine about writing/reporting
I was honored Monday to participate in a panel discussion at the Associated Press Sports Editors' Northeast meeting at Marist College in Poughkeepsie.
My panel included the Hartford Courant's Jeff Jacobs and the Boston Globe's Bob Hohler and was moderated by Newsday's own Michael Rose.
The audience included a number of Marist communications students who seemed to be paying attention. Maybe they were just being polite.
Nice campus, BTW. Right on the Hudson.
Here is a video archive of the event. My panel starts at about the 108-minute mark.
