Battleship East Rutherford: 'big, gray and expensive'
Just got back from the Meadowlands, where I toured the new football stadium with many other journalism pros, including Newsday's own Giants scribe, Tom Rock.
I'll share my thoughts in the Friday newspaper, but for now you can read (and see) highlights of Rock's visit on his Twitter feed.
Rock compared the place to a battleship: "big, gray and expensive."
Which is pretty much dead on, but that doesn't mean it won't be a nice place to watch a game and socialize. Not necessarily in that order.
