British Open ratings blues
One more post about the woeful British Open ratings on ESPN:
The average of 2.97 million viewers was well under the previous record low of 3.63 million in 1991 and was even farther below the previous low for this millennium of 4.64 million in 2008.
But again, it's difficult to pin all of this on ESPN. It's mostly Oosthuizen's fault.
