ESPN turns up the Heat

Chastened by all the criticism it got for its coverage of “The Decision’’ by LeBron James in July, ESPN is taking a low-key approach to the Heat’s training camp next week.

Except for the part about erecting a set there, beginning with media day Monday – and for the part asking analysts Jon Barry and Jalen Rose and host Josh Elliott and reporter Rachel Nichols to take their talents to south Florida to chronicle all the excitement.
