Fox, Time Warner still talking
Fox and Time Warner have extended their talks over a retransmission deal past the original midnight deadline, perhaps allowing TWC customers to watch the Sugar Bowl Friday night.
I could explain and analyze the ins and outs of this subject, but that would be mean on a day when many people already woke up with headaches.
Mrs. WatchDog is more concerned about the dispute between Scripps and Cablevision (which owns Newsday) that has knocked HGTV and the Food Network off our TVs.
Thank goodness those channels are not in my jurisdiction.
