Jet$ needed playoff berth

In a business sense, the Jets needed this playoff berth as much as if not more than any team in the NFL tournament.

And if there was any doubt about that, it has been erased by the series of radio ads the team has been running in an attempt to get fans who are fired up about Saturday's game to get fired up about buying tickets in the new stadium opening next season.

Plenty of good seats available.
