Joe Namath had no trouble finding outlets for his opinions in 1969, but things have gotten considerably easier since then.

There now seems little doubt how he would have guaranteed a victory in Super Bowl III if he could have: Twitter, naturally.

As part of his expanded media presence, including weekly appearances on 1050 ESPN and co-hosting his own show on Sirius XM Satellite Radio and maintaining his own website, Namath has taken to Twitter in a big way, critiquing the Jets in real time during their opening-game loss Monday.

He noted their lack of discipline, conservative playcalling and Dustin Keller's failure to get a first down on a completion near the marker. "That's disgusting," Namath wrote.
