Judge dismisses suit v. Boss

A U.S. district court judge Wednesday tossed out former MSG president Robert Gutkowski's suit against George Steinbrenner.

Mr. Gutkowski said he gave the Yankees the idea to start YES and was promised a prominent role in the network but eventually was shut out.

Steinbrenner asserted the suit was without merit.
