Mets work late on Sundays
The Mets will make it three Sunday nights in a row on ESPN Sunday against the Phillies, with another looming May 23 against the Yankees.
That will leave the network with only one more Mets game in its quota of five for the season.
Hmm. Did ESPN perhaps miscalculate by loading up on Mets games early, now that they are a juggernaut seemingly headed for late-summer glory and 110 victories?
