The Nets' TV ratings have been as bad as the team this season, but this is truly astounding:
Friday night's game against the Hornets averaged 0.02 percent of area homes - roughly 1,500 total. Wow.
That night's Islanders-Stars game on MSG Plus rated an 0.55 - roughly 40,000 homes.
This week's random NFL studio highlights, provided by the network p.r. people:
ESPN's Cris Carter: "When you look at the New York Jets, I have to look at one unit and that’s that offensive line. They can run the ball against anyone."
CBS' Jim Nantz: 'What about Tom Brady, and our reports last week on 'The NFL Today' about the three broken ribs? Here's what Tom said: ‘I'm fine. I'm feeling good. And it wasn't three of them.’ Those are the words of Tom Brady. That's all he would say."
NFL Network's Marshall Faulk: "Randy Moss may very well be the wheels, but Wes Welker was the engine."
