Pats-Jets was a ratings hit
I have been trying to cut back on NFL ratings updates because their relentless rise has become an old story.
But what the heck, this one involves Braylon Edwards' Jets, so I'll give it to you:
Sunday's late afternoon window on CBS, with most of the country getting the Patriots-Jets game, averaged 16.7 percent of homes in major markets - the highest such figure for the network in its first national window of the season since it reacquired NFL rights in 1998.
