'Straight Outta L.A.' will need editing before it hits ESPN
One more thing about that Ice Cube documentary on ESPN about the L.A. Raiders that I've written about here a couple of times.
The version that debuts on TV Tuesday night won't be exactly what I saw in a theater at the world premiere last month.
Disney-owned ESPN will have to do a significant amount of bleeping and a little creative editing, because the film has its share of naughty and/or otherwise offensive words in it.
Remember, it's about hip hop, gangs and . . . the Raiders!
After Tuesday night, the "30 for 30" series will take a break until mid-June.
