Al Iaquinta added to UFC card in Sydney

Al Iaquinta got what he wanted.
The Wantagh-based UFC lightweight, after winning last month at UFC Fight Night in Foxwoods, wanted a big name to fight.
How about Ross Pearson?
Iaquinta will fight the hard-hitting former "Ultimate Fighter" season winner at UFC Fight Night on Nov. 7 in Sydney, Australia. Middleweights Luke Rockhold and Michael Bisping headline the card.
Iaquinta (9-3-1) is coming off a third-round stoppage of Rodrigo Damm on Sept. 5. Trainer Ray Longo said that night it was the best he's seen Iaquinta look in the UFC.
Pearson (18-7) stopped Gray Maynard in the second round of his last fight Aug. 16.
