Even more Jon Jones video
Jon "Bones" Jones has been everywhere this week, and with this type of publicity and hype, you might wonder if he's the champion or the challenger Saturday night at UFC 128 in Newark.
That's the subject of my Friday web column, but the subject of this blog post is the video of Jones on Fox's Good Day New York on Wednesday. He even put interviewer Duke Castiglione in a rear naked choke. Par for the course for Jones, and for Castiglione, who once got ornery Yankees pitcher Randy Johnson to smash his video camera.
