Free MMA training in Centereach with Jamie Varner

Just a little heads up for Fightin' Words readers . . .
Former WEC lightweight champion Jamie Varner is teaching at Varner Combat Academy in Centereach this week. On Saturday (Jan. 30), Varner Combat Academy (formerly Xtreme Couture Gym) is hosting free MMA training from 1-5 p.m.
Again, it's all free, but you need to call in advance to reserve a spot. Call 631-331-0125. If you can't make it to the training session and seminar with Varner and the VCA instructors, go to their Facebook page and print out the free day pass.
