For what it's worth, the folks at Xtreme Couture gym wrote in their blog on Wednesday that Gina Carano returned to training there.

In the grand scheme of things, who knows what this means. But, it's nice to see one of the first women to be in a main event on a nationally televised mixed martial arts card don the gloves once again.

Since her last fight, a loss to Cristiane "Cyborg" Santos in August 2009, Carano has been filming the movie "Haywire." It's directed by Steven Soderbergh and co-stars Channing Tatum, Michael Douglas, Antonio Banderas, Bill Paxton and Ewan McGregor. Here's how imdb.com describes the plot of this April 22, 2011 release: "A black ops super soldier seeks payback after she is betrayed and set up during a mission."

If the movie is good or not doesn't really matter to most men. Sort of like her fights. Most men just care because they think Gina Carano is hot.
