How to be a Strikeforce villain

Here's a rather amusing way to promote a fight. Luke Rockhold defends his Strikeforce middleweight title against Tim Kennedy on July 14, but before that, Frank Shamrock tries to toughen them up.
It is supposed to be cheesy and campy and have a B-level production quality to it, in case you're wondering. And yes, how exactly did they spray paint that wall when they were only given cans of yellow and red paint? Don't overthink this, people.
Kudos for attempting a different angle on the typical pre-fight hype video.
